Instant slow-motion replay
Set the iPhone with the front camera facing your actions. Ensure you can't hit the device.
Tap at the bottom of the screen.
Tap and set the buffer duration corresponding to the length of your activity.
Tip: Slo-mo Mode works best for quick actions (like swing or hit) with short (2-4 seconds) buffer duration.
Tap the Start button on the right to start the slow-motion counter.
Prepare for your activity during the countdown (3,2,1) and when appears, do the exercise. The slow-motion countdown produces medium-pitch bleep sounds, and the action is a high bleep sound.
Tip: You can change the countdown duration and select Slo-mo sound (bleep or voice) in the settings.
When appears, watch the slow-motion replay.
Tip: Adjust the replay speed with the slider on the top of the screen.
The countdown starts again, and when appears, do the action again.
Tip: You can record the practice by tapping the Record button. Each slow-motion replay is saved as a separate video.
