How to start

1. Set the iPhone with the front camera facing your actions. Ensure you can't hit the device.

2. Tap and set the buffer length corresponding to the duration of your activity. The replay is only available if the buffer is longer than one second.

3. Do your action or set of reps.

4. Tap to open the Replay View.

   

   Tip: Tap to export the buffer.

5. Swipe the video timeline or use the previous frame or the next frame buttons to move through the video.

   Tip: Tap to hide the video timeline and the toolbar.

AB selection

You can select part of the video and play it in the loop or trim the video timeline.

1. In the Replay View, find the start point for your selection and tap .The green marker will appear on the timeline, and the button will change to . Then find the endpoint and tap . The selection is on.

   Note: To remove the selection, tap again on the AB buttons.

2. Tap Delay button and set the buffer length long enough for the athlete to finish the action and watch the feedback.

3. Tap to play the selection.

4. Tap to trim the buffer.

   Tip: Tap to export selected part of the buffer.

Measure angles

1. In the Replay View, touch the screen to add points. Points will change into lines, and you can measure the angle between two lines.

   

2. Tap anywhere to remove the lines
