Delay mode provides quick feedback to players and coaches.
Set the iPhone with the front camera facing your actions. Ensure you can't accidentally hit the device.
Tap Delay button and set the buffer length corresponding to the duration of
your activity.
Tip: The short buffer (3-5 seconds) is the best when practicing swing, hit, or shooting. A longer delay (30-40 seconds) works best for activities like squatting.

Tap Delay
button and set the buffer length long enough for the athlete to finish the action and watch the feedback.
Start the practice. After each repetition, the athlete can see a delayed video of their performance. Meanwhile, the app captures the next athlete's action.
Tip: You can record the practice at any time, capturing what is currently in the buffer or recodring the whole practice.
